Agin Muhammad, Sr. became an Arabic language instructor through his work teaching at federal prisons
MARIANNA, AR, November 5, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Agin Muhammad, Sr., Specialized Arabic Instructor for June L. Muhammad Quranic Madrasah, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in 'Ilmul-Istiqaaq (etymology).
Agin Muhammad, Sr. has nine years of experience as a specialized Arabic instructor for June L. Muhammad Quranic Madrasah. He is responsible for private contracting, managing operations, working in federal prisons, teaching, and conducting weekend sessions. He became involved in his profession because of his experience in teaching Arabic at a correctional institute. He attributes his success to God and to the support he receives from his family.
Mr. Muhammad received his Bachelor of Arts from Chicago Teachers College (Now Chicago State University) in 1963. He is the Founder of the Civic Awareness Commission and a member of IPM, The Mosque Cares, and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. In 2006, he was the recipient of an appreciation award given by the Chaplaincy Services Division of the Arkansas Department of Correction. He has also received a certificate of recognition from Governor Mike Huckabee.
