Tammy Butler manages her team's long- and short-term goals

LAS VEGAS, NV, November 18, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tammy Butler, Area Retail Sales Manager for AT&T, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in sales and staff development.

Through her determination, accountability and skill for recognizing opportunities, Ms. Butler has led a successful career of 15 years. At AT&T, she is responsible for developing sales strategies, forecasting budgets, and implementing and planning long- and short-term goals. She also manages proposals, interacts with clients, and handles regulations for sale practices and tariffs. Lastly, Ms. Butler oversees staff development, and offers mentoring and coaching services.

She graduated from both Wayland Baptist University and the University of Phoenix. From the former, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in business; the later, a Master of Business Administration. Ms. Butler is a member of the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Latin Chamber of Commerce. Her goal is to be promoted from area retail sales manager to a directorial position; she hopes to oversee either sales or business operations.
