With 18 years of professional experience, including 15 years of experience as a partner and attorney at the Law Offices of Cole, Fisher, Bosquez-Flores Cole & O'Keefe, Ms. Cole has developed an expertise in workers' compensation and social security disability. In her current position, she handles cases regarding workers' compensation, including discovery and litigation. She became involved in her profession because of her father's influence; he was the senior partner of the firm.

In 1992, Ms. Cole earned a JD from San Joacquin College of Law, following the receipt of a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Santa Clara University. A certified expert in workman's compensation through the State Bar of California, served as a board member of the California Applicants' Attorneys Association. She has been honored with a Martindale-Hubbell peer-review rating of BV and was named a Northern California Super Lawyer multiple times. In her spare time, she supports her local church, travels with her children and takes long walks with her maltipoos, Emma and Lily. In the near future, she hopes for the family tradition to be continued through her daughter, who is scheduled to graduate from law school in the upcoming year.
