DICKINSON, ND, August 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Sandra K. Kuntz, Owner, Attorney for Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in legal services.

As the owner and attorney of Mackoff Kellogg Law Firm, Ms. Kuntz specializes in mediation and family, juvenile and real estate law. She takes responsibility for coordinating with families in protecting their rights, and litigating for the rights of children. Her range of work includes juvenile law, family law, family law mediation, alternative dispute resolution, and legal services for creditors, financial institutions and mortgage companies through her management of a mortgage foreclosure practice. She has and continues to serve as a faculty member for family law conferences, guardian ad litem training, juvenile court, and foster care conferences.

Ms. Kuntz received her JD from the University of North Dakota School of Law, with honors (1994) and her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from the University of North Dakota, summa cum laude (1991). She is a member of the State Bars of North Dakota, South Dakota and Montana as well as the USFN, the American Legal & Financial Network and the American Bar Association. Formerly, she served as a chairwoman of the State Bar Association of North Dakota Family Law Section. She became involved in her profession because of her lifelong interest in law and the inspiration she received from her life experiences. She attributes her success to her hard work and to the support she receives from her family and others. In the future, she intends to expand her business and the scope of services offered.
